This indicative design solution is founded on the maximisation of view corridors and vistas towards the Iberian Peninsula, the Mediterranean Sea and towards the Catalan Bay beach and ultimately towards North Africa.
Situated in a prime location within the development, the hotel enjoys close proximity to the local amenities of Catalan Beach and the proposed swimming lagoon at the heart of Cape Vantage.
A dual-aspect lobby cafe/bar caters for both hotel residents and the public. Outdoor seating will enjoy an unobstructed sea view.
Hotel guests will experience a view from the reception desk into the atrium space above providing clear understanding of the built-form of the hotel from the first moment of arrival.
A high-quality first floor restaurant will cater for both residents and the public and will enjoy terrace dining, again capitalising on spectacular sea views.
Service access is contained at the rear of the building allowing 3 facades of the building to be active public edges.
Each guest room features a balcony with fully-adjustable blinds for privacy, protection and control of atmospheric conditions.
Recreational spa facilities for hotel guests located on the 14th floor feature a south-facing infinity pool with stunning views.
