The Developers
Aldersgate Investments Limited is a subsidiary of Reuben Brothers, a multi-billion pound corporation involved in real estate development and investment and private equity, both in the UK and overseas.
Aldersgate is currently involved in a number of major development projects. These include the 1.8 million sq ft Merchant Square development at Paddington, Central London. A joint venture with Pearcroft, construction of this project has already commenced.
Other developments that Aldersgate are undertaking include a mixed use scheme at Albert Embankment on the River Thames, consisting of three buildings, the tallest of which is 27 storeys.
